Welcome to Vocational School of Health Services

An oral and dental health technician is an intermediate staff member that can work in cooperation with the dentist in dental applications. He/she welcomes the patient, prepares the working area, and helps both the dentist and patient during treatment. The aim of the program is to educate respected, qualified students that can work in public and private dental clinics with contemporary and international knowledge in the field of dental health.

Aim

To train oral and dental health technician that can work in cooperation with the dentist in dental applications.

Graduation Requirements

Students must successfully finish all courses and internships set by the program taking at least 120 ECTS credits in total, to be granted the Bachelor’s degree. Graduation eligibility is determined by academic average score. For this purpose, the sum of the weighted scores of all courses taken throughout the education is divided by the sum of ECTS values.

Employement Opportunuties

Program graduates have job opportunities in dental clinics, dental health departments of hospitals, or public institutions
