The Faculty of Communication, creates a difference in communication education with its innovative and integrated approach that combines theory and practice, with its research laboratories equipped with the most advanced technology, animation studios, editing and basic design workshops. It aims to graduate students who will have the competency to work in communication sector. Graduates will use effective communications in work environment, follow up the new trends, have good command on the new communication technologies and have ethical responsibility.

Public Relations and Advertising

Companies produce products and services to cater the needs and demands of the target market. In order to succeed, companies and brands need to create awareness within the target market and have a positive image. This requires enormous effort in the globally competitive environment.

This program aims to graduate students who will have the competency to work in public relations and advertising sectors. Graduates will use effective communications in work environment, follow up the new trends, have good command on the new communication technologies and have ethical responsibility.

Students must successfully finish all courses and internships set by the program taking at least 240 ECTS credits in total, to be granted with the Bachelor’s degree. Graduation eligibility is determined by academic average score. For this purpose, the sum of the weighted scores of all courses taken throughout the education is divided by the sum of ECTS values.
