The student-centered educational system is our main strategy at Medipol

The School of Law aims to raise professionals who have been equipped with a solid understanding of law and legitimacy, and who can contribute to society as lawyers, attorneys, prosecutors, and judges. The duration of education is four years, and the language of education is 100% Turkish. Enthusiastic students are also offered integrated intensive English language training courses. AMU Law students are also encouraged to attend certificate programs abroad during their university studies. With its expert lecturers and a rapidly developing library, AMU School of Law will become a prominent faculty in which national and international students will obtain a qualified law education. Synchronizing the teaching of the normative fields of jurisprudence together with the teaching of its philosophical and scientific aspects will contribute not only to deepening the student’s knowledge and facilitating their shift into the ground, but it will also equip them with critical thinking skills.


The School of Law aims to educate and train the students as lawyers who are devoted to the principles of justice, liberty, democracy and supremacy of law; respectful to human rights, ethical values and universal principles of law; knowledgeable and open-minded; possessed with the capability of independent and analytical thinking; questioning and researching; equipped with theoretical and technical knowledge.

Students must successfully finish all courses and internships set by the program taking at least 240 ECTS credits in total, to be granted with the Bachelor’s degree. Graduation eligibility is determined by academic average score. For this purpose, the sum of the weighted scores of all courses taken throughout the education is divided by the sum of ECTS values.
